The Clerk of the District Court is a title given to the County Clerk in each Idaho county. This is an elected position for each County. The County Clerk also acts as the County Recorder, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, and the Chief Elections Officer. Duties as the Clerk of District Court include all court records and jury management.
