RECORDS SEARCH AND PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
The state of Kentucky provides a free database to search judicial court records. Records from all counties can be accessed. The name on the record or the case number is needed to make a search.
A record request form can be submitted to the county clerk to view or receive copies of records filed with their office. A generic request form is available for download on the Kentucky state attorney general’s website. A detailed description of the record being requested and the requester’s contact information is needed. Once the form is completed it can be submitted to the clerk’s office at:
