KLR is an online platform that the public can use to search Kentucky land records using the name on the document, the parcel number, the book and page number, or the address of the property. There is a fee when downloading and printing records from the database.
All other records filed with the clerk’s office can be obtained by submitting a public records request form. The form is available for download on the clerk’s website. Once the form is completed it can be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email. Once the request is received, the clerk’s office has 5 business days to respond to the request.
