RECORDS SEARCH AND PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
Records including birth, death, marriage, and divorces can be requested through the clerk’s office. Records can be requested using the record request forms provided on the clerk’s website. The forms can be submitted in person or by email.

For all other records, a FOIA record request can be submitted. A form is available for download. Once the form is completed, it can be submitted by mail or in person. A thorough description of the record being requested and the requester’s contact information is needed.
